Your First Visit

To register at the practice just pop in or phone 01525 374100 to arrange an appointment that is convenient for you.

We will ask that you to arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment to fill in a short medical history form. Otherwise, download the copy below and bring it in with you. All information is strictly confidential.

An initial 30 minute full examination is £45 plus £9.20 for each X-ray (2 X-rays are normally taken). A new patient hygiene visit is also advised at £52. This includes a personally tailored review of current cleaning techniques, with recommendations as required.

Here at whole Tooth we offer a five point examination:

* Examination of soft tissues inside and outside the mouth
* Detailed examination of the teeth
* Examination of the gums
* Examination of the occlusion and jaw joint
* Preventative advice

Our Plans

You will then be invited to join one of the maintenance plans. This involves paying a set amount each month which adds up to the cost of an examination and a hygiene visit. With the plan you also get up to 10% off any treatment you require after an initial exam and hygiene visit has been carried out and dental accident and emergency cover for when you can’t get to us!

The four maintenance plans we offer are outlined below:

Option 1 – £6.95 per month which includes one check up and one hygiene visit per year, routine X-rays, Dental Accident Emergency insurance and members prices on any additional treatment.

Option 2 – £11.65 per month which includes two check ups and two hygiene visits per year, routine X-rays, Dental Accident Emergency insurance and members prices on any additional treatment.

Option 3 – £9.80 per month which includes one check up per year and two hygiene visits per year, routine X-rays, Dental Accident Emergency insurance and members prices on any additional treatment.

Option 4 - £4.75 per month which includes one check up per year, routine X-rays, Dental Accident Emergency insurance and members prices on any additional treatment.

If either of the above options are chosen, the initial examination, X-rays & hygiene visit are payable first.
