How Do I Join?

You will need to initially book for a registration appointment (New Patient Examination) if you haven’t already done so. Once you have registered with us a dentist can recommend which plan you can join. When you have signed up to a plan you will need to have paid into the plan for the relevant time scale to gain the appointments covered. For example: Joining Plan 1 – you would need to pay into this plan for 1 year before receiving your examination and hygiene visit on the plan. The same applies to all the plans above. Plans give you immediate 10% discount off treatment or additional visits to the hygienist or dentist.

Plans Terms and Conditions

1. Our maintenance plans work on the basis of making monthly payments in advance to build up credit towards the routine examination and hygiene visits.

2. If for any reason an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice we reserve the right to allocate the credit built up towards that appointment to be used to cover the surgery costs of that missed or cancelled appointment. We request that 24 hours notice is given to change or cancel any appointments.

We hope you appreciate that if insufficient notice is given to change appointments we are unable to allocate that appointment to another patient causing wastage of surgery time and costs the practice money. These are appointments that are in high demand and if given sufficient notice can be allocated to our patients that require them.

3. Our Plans work like any membership, when you cancel you lose any rights or entitlement you had to that membership and will revert to a pay as you go patient. We do not refund any payments made since the last appointment was redeemed.
